I am Sahrol a registered agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia bearing a Real Estate Negotiator Number REN 05996.
I am a FULL time Senior Real Estate Negotiator and 100% committed and dedicated to this profession. I joined the Real Estate Industry in February 2010. Prior to this, I was working with the senior management team in CIMB Corporate Banking and Compliance Division. I have double degree both from local University, International Islamic University Malaysia and Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom, in Economics and Business Management respectively.
My professional qualifications are in the field of Business and Sales coupled with prior experience in Banking and Insurance industry has equipped me with the necessary skills required to meet the challenges posed by the Real Estate Industry of Malaysia. My areas of focus are AMPANG, SETIAWANGSA, GOMBAK and surrounding area.
I do cover other areas on a need basis. On top of that, I am a family and also a people person and actively involved and initiated a lot of community & religious activities around where I lived in Ampang. I was the former President of Kelab Pidato ,Kuala Lumpur Kelab, Vice Chairman of Surau Ar Raudhah, AJK of Majlis Gabungan NGO in Ukay Perdana, Founder and Adviser of Serenia Garden Smart Rangers Club among others.
I am proud of my profession and striving my level best to fulfill my customer’s satisfaction, if not exceeding it.I believe in a long term business relationship with all my customers and looking always forward to that.
I love meeting, knowing and making new friends every day. I enjoy and grateful with my current life. I derive my happiness from helping others, be it personal or business, I vow to give to the best of my ability.
